Hospitality Development Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

Guest Experience:

• Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area that reflects the company's image.
• Offer refreshments and ensure a comfortable waiting experience for guests.
• Coordinate client appointments and manage the daily visitor log.

Administrative Support

• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Handle incoming and outcoming mail, packages, and courier services. 
• Maintain and update office supplies, stationery, and refreshments inventory. 
• Support the sales and marketing teams with data entry, document filing, and meeting preparation.

Sales Center Coordination

• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are clean, organized, and equipped.
• Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and event materials for client meetings.
• Coordinate with facility management for maintenance, cleaning, and technical support.
• Support in event setups, open houses, or VIP visits when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (real estate or hospitality background preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM familiarity is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Positive and engaging personality.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidentiality and professionalism in handling client and company information.
