Greenscape

Greenscape is a joint partnership company with SODIC catering to all landscaping and design needs for high-quality residential and mixed-use projects. Teaming up with SODIC is Piero Donato, owner of Landmasters, a specialised landscaping contracting company and of Fiorissima, an ornamental plants nursery, which owns over a million square metres of land. The Donato family is the leading expert of the plant industry in the region, and has over 100 years of experience in flower cultivation, landscaping and exports. They are the pioneers of the transplanting technique in Egypt and have worked on colossal projects such as Smart Village and the Stella Di Mare resort in Ain Sokhna. The company also carries out maintenance work in Beverly Hills, a residential project developed by SODIC.

Greenscape provides design and implementation services including artificial rocks, lakes and pools, irrigation, lighting, fences, walkways and other outdoor facilities. Currently Greenscape is installing the Greg Norman design of the golf course in Allegria, SODIC's exclusive residential project located in west Cairo, and the outdoor walkways around the Bonyan strip malls near Allegria. Greenscape's future projects include all SODIC projects, including EASTOWN and WESTOWN, Kattameya Plaza and Casa.
