Our commitment to excellence in delivery is such that, if we are not satisfied with the reliability of the local market's services and products, we take it upon ourselves to invest in and create viable alternatives.

In this spirit, as of 2006, we nurtured and launched companies working in real estate sales, finishing works, landscaping and property management. We are now in the process of addressing some other areas, such as real estate finance, interior design and specialised building materials.

Our investment criteria are to include standalone financial attractiveness, scalability, synergies with SODIC and an effective and sustainable management structure.

Although this thorough approach is perceived by some as expensive, we firmly believe it's an investment that adds value to our company and shareholders.
