Allegria

Located in Sheikh Zayed City, off the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road and adjacent to the world-class British International School of Cairo (BISC), is Allegria – a high-end, residential community created to encourage families to enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

Allegria features Egypt’s first and only Greg Norman signature golf course, ‘The Allegria’, and offers over 30 different home designs by world-class architects that span the globe – from Egyptian architects Shahira H. Fahmy and the prominent firm KCRG, to the US-based Arquitectonica and Mark Mack.

The master-plan for the project was designed by the world renowned New York-based firm EDAW, which won an award of merit from the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) for their work on Allegria.

The project has also received two CNBC Arabian Property Awards in 2008, for Best Development and Best Golf Development in Egypt.

Allegria is a short walk away from WESTOWN, the new mixed-use city centre, designed in collaboration with SOLIDERE that is destined to become the central hub of west Cairo.
