SODIC recognised by Euromoney as Best Developer in three real estate categories

SODIC proudly receives three awards from Euromoney for the year 2011. These awards are recognised as distinguished awards in the real estate industry. SODIC received first place for Best Residential Developer and Best Mixed-Use Developer in MENA, as well as second place for Best Developer in Egypt - Overall.

Commenting on the Award, SODIC Vice Chairman & Managing Director Maher Maksoud said "It is with great honour that SODIC receives this award which recognises the competitive edge of SODIC. These awards build on SODIC's previous corporate, development and management awards over the years. SODIC past awards include: Best Company by BT100 Rank Change at the 2011 BT100 Crystal Awards, Enterprise Innovation Award- 2010, Euromoney Real Estate Award 2010 for Best Mixed-Use Developer in MENA, Euromoney Real Estate Award 2010 for Best Developer in Egypt, CNBC Arabian Property Award 2009 for Best Architecture, CNBC Property Award 2008 for Best Development, CNBC Property Award 2008 for Best Golf Development, American Society of Landscape Architects Merit Award 2007 for its master plan by EDAW, making SODIC the first Egyptian company to receive an award of merit for its master plan from the ASLA?.
