May 10, 2011-Cairo, Egypt-Mr. Magdy Rasekh, Chairman of the Board of SODIC, has officially submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of SODIC. The resignation will be submitted at the forthcoming meeting of the Board of Directors, in accordance with the official rules and regulations. SODIC has officially notified the Egyptian Stock Exchange of the resignation. |
