SODIC's CEO and Managing Director, receives the Best CEO of the Year Award

Cairo, Egypt, March 29, 2010 -SODIC's CEO and Managing Director, Maher Maksoud, received the Global Trade Matters‐Egyptian Exchange (GTM/EGX) Best CEO of the Year Award.
Maksoud accepted the award during the GTM/EGX Fifth Annual Awards Ceremony, which was held on
March 23, 2010 at the Four Seasons Hotel Nile Plaza. The Strategic Advisory Board for the awards followed a strict process of evaluation and assessment in making their decision. The criteria were based on vision and leadership, corporate performance, global competitiveness and social responsibility.

SOIDC is one of Egypt's leading real estate developers and has recently embarked on two mixed‐use city‐centres, Eastown and Westown, developed in collaboration with Solidere International. Two projects within Westown have already been successfully launched last December, Forty West and the Polygon Business Park. In addition, SODIC's award winning project Allegria is poised to have some units delivered this year ahead of schedule.
