Stunning New Homes with Amazing Views SODIC Sells 64% of Units Available within Hours Generating over LE 105 Million
On Saturday 16th May 2009, SODIC sold 64% of the units on offer within hours of opening. The sales offering for The Hill generated over LE 105 million in than one day. "We are very encouraged by the successful launch of The Hill; it re-confirms that despite the global economic climate, the outlook on Egypt’s real estate market remains positive," says Maher Maksoud, SODIC’s Managing Director. Each home on The Hill has been meticulously designed to meet clients’ needs and aspirations. All homes are built in a way that benefits from The Hill’s unique topography and feature totally different, innovative designs including large, open windows that create spacious, bright living spaces in addition to a very large terrace and a garden, encouraging outdoor living and entertaining. The beautifully designed homes come in a variety of sizes from 221 m2 three-bedroom townhouses, to 352 m2 five-bedroom stand-alone villas and come with essential features such as separate nanny quarters, large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and lots of storage space. The Hill homes are exclusively designed by two of Egypt’s most talented, young architects, Shahira H. Fahmy and Laithy Mekawy. The award-winning Shahira H. Fahmy has designed innovative twin houses, townhouses, and stand-alone villas while Laithy Mekawy - known for his very popular multi-level homes in Allegria Phase IV that sold out in record time - has developed a dazzling twin house design on The Hill. Earlier this year, SODIC demonstrated its skill of creating intelligent products with the customer in mind when it launched Allegria’s Phase IV, which successfully sold out very quickly. “The success of both Allegria’s Phases III & IV confirms that clients are becoming even more selective when choosing their home designs. At SODIC we are committed to delivering outstanding new products that meet our customers’ lifestyle needs and aspirations,” says Maher Maksoud. “One of the reasons behind the success of The Hill is that we are offering absolutely stunning new home designs, created by some of Egypt’s brightest young architects.”
