Our shareholders consist of a diverse group of local, regional and international investors. We were recognised by The Egyptian Association for Stock Investors as the Best Performing Real Estate Stock in 2007 and our institutional shareholder base increased from 10% in 2006 to more than 50% in 2009. SODIC is listed on the Cairo Stock Exchange (OCDI.CA) and is a constituent of the CASE 30 Index.
