Job Duties

• Responsible for reviewing completeness of tender documents.
• Issue RFP of consultant/contractors.
• Prepare complete assessment report (financial/technical) for tenders received.
• Assess and evaluate contractors/consultants variation orders.
• Negotiate variation orders with contractors to achieve best rates, reporting any budget problems to direct manager.

Qualifications and years of experience

• BSC – Civil Engineer / Electrical Engineer.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
