Job Duties

• Collects and tabulates quantity data for summary comparisons and reconciliations or verifies quantities provided by others.
• Prepare and implement contract monitoring, quantity and unit rate reporting, and other reporting tools to track overall construction progress and performance.
• Track, report costs and commitments against budgets. Implements cost control software and tools to perform cost control functions.
• Perform routine data analysis and development as directed.

Qualifications and years of experience

• BSC- Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
