Job Duties

• The role of the Project Development Manager is to lead the development process from project conceptualisation and planning to the launch of that project.
  
• The Project Manager acts as the project's Chief Executive Officer, bearing responsibility for the project's financial and commercial success and managing all concerned parties to achieve the project's targets.

   

Qualifications and years of experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a related area such as marketing, business development, financial planning, strategic planning, project management with preference for previous experience within the real estate industry.
