Job Duties

• Hold pre-bid openings to ensure compliance obligations are understood prior to submission of bids.
• Receive and analyse proposals, evaluates technical bids and assess expenditure.
• Provides a cost estimating service to all operations team as part of the front end cost estimating efforts typically required to assess the cost of a project during evolution of the design from concept to design completion.

Qualifications and years of experience:
