Job Duties

• Issue RFP of consultant/contractors/suppliers, and prepare complete assessment reports (financial/technical) for tenders received.
• Assess and evaluate contractors/consultants variation orders, negotiate rates and finalise deals
• Report any budget problems to direct manager.

Qualifications and years of experience:

• BSC- Engineering/ Architecture.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
