URBI

Founded by Habib Debbs in 1991 in Paris and Beirut, URBI are a group of planners and architects responsible for projects in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, France, and beyond. They specialize in cultural heritage and urban development schemes which take into account the social, economic and ecological impact. Debbs is the primary urban planner for EASTOWN as well as the architect for the Wist Al-Balad neighbourhood.
