Fouad Menem set up F.M. Consultants in 1994. He has created several residential and commercial complexes throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Central Asia. Fouad Menem has worked on the mixed-use residential/commercial project in EASTOWN that includes a mix of offices, shops and residential apartments in a two block configuration.
