Chief Projects Officer

Hatem El Halwagy joined SODIC in 2006 as the Director of Property Development before being promoted to Chief Projects Officer in 2009. He has spearheaded all development aspects of the "new management's" flagship project: Allegria, establishing and implementing the necessary systems for the success of the project as well as future SODIC developments. Hatem brings to SODIC extensive experience in the real estate sector after serving as Director of Development in Orascom Tourism and Development. He holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from The American University in Cairo.and a Master's degree in Financefrom the University of Reading, UK.
