At SODIC we believe it's time for a different view. Not just a different view of real estate in Egypt, but of Egypt itself. Our Country is experiencing a political and social transformation and its people are continuously seeking a better quality of life. They are demanding better homes, better schools and urban centers that provide all the services, entertainment and conveniences of modern life.

As the aspirations of Egyptian people grow, so does our dedication to fulfill their desires for a better life. At SODIC, we are constantly looking to do things differently to achieve these goals. Allegria, our first and most advanced project, began being delivered in 2010, deliveries will continue throughout the coming years as we have promised to our clients.

Although we may be living in uncertain times, we believe that Egypt's fundamentals are sound, and there is sturdy, local demand for intelligently-designed products that offer great value while offering high standards of design and quality.
