At SODIC we believe it’s time for a different view. Not just a different view of real estate in Egypt, but of Egypt itself. Our country is experiencing an economic and social transformation and its people are continuously seeking a better quality of life. They aspire to leave the congestion, noise and pollution of central Cairo for cleaner, safer and more beautiful environments. They are demanding better homes, better schools and cosmopolitan urban centers that provide all the services, entertainment and conveniences of modern life.

As the aspirations of Egyptian people grow, so does our dedication to fulfill their desires for a better life. At SODIC, we are constantly looking to do things differently to achieve these goals.  Only by listening to our customers can we develop a vision for what they really want, need and can afford. And, only by listening to and empowering our employees can we deliver on this vision. We are very mindful of the fact that ‘delivery’ is our final objective and involves not only bricks and mortar but long term management of our projects to ensure quality of life, sustainability and asset appreciation. Allegria, our first and most advanced project, is on track for early completion and is a living testimony to our commitment to ‘delivery’ and customer focus.

Although we may be living in uncertain times, we believe that Egypt’s fundamentals are sound, and there is sturdy, local demand for intelligently-designed products that offer great value while offering high standards of design and quality. SODIC launched several projects of this nature during the worst periods of 2009 and succeeded in surpassing sales projections and growing its market share considerably. This success, coupled with a strong balance sheet and very little debt and liabilities puts us in a strong position to proceed steadily with all our existing projects and initiate development of several others including the much anticipated Westown and Eastown projects being prepared for launch towards the end of 2009.
